WHO I AM
I'm Jaime Yáñez. Systems Engineer, doctoral researcher, author, and educator.
My work starts with a question: what makes a human system produce, time and again, certain behaviors, decisions, and results?
I research systems thinking, living systems, leadership, delivery, agility, and artificial intelligence. I study how these disciplines help us understand organizations, teams, and products as systems, and how to intervene on the conditions that produce their results.
My background combines Systems Engineering with graduate studies in business administration, project management, innovation, leadership, systems coaching, and digital product. That blend of technology, business, and systems has shaped how I understand organizations over the past 16 years.
I research, but I also teach. I've trained and coached more than 10,000 professionals in more than 40 countries, working with leaders, teams, and organizations that need to think better before acting faster.
Today I'm CEO of NOOW®, where I design learning experiences to develop new ways of thinking, leading, and working. I also drive the Delivery Coaching Federation, DCF®, where we contribute to the professional development of Delivery Coaching and Delivery Management.
I write books, do research, teach, and bring these ideas to organizations, classrooms, conferences, and public conversations through my personal brand: Transforma el Sistema®.
My work isn't about teaching frameworks.
It's about helping people better understand the system before trying to change it.

My work
Systems and organizations
I help leaders and teams identify the structures, patterns, and decisions that are producing their results. Then we work on the system, not its symptoms.
Education
I train leaders who can think systemically, make better decisions, and work with AI without giving up human judgment.
Research and outreach
I study how human systems work and translate that knowledge into models, books, courses, talks, articles, podcasts, and video. I'm the author of the Systems Coach Manifesto, a statement of principles for those who work with human systems through a systemic lens.
